We hold nightly and weekly office cleaning contracts across Dandenong, Clayton, Berwick and the CBD fringe — from single-tenancy suites to multi-floor corporate buildings. One supervisor owns your site, and the same crew returns each visit so nobody has to be re-taught where the keys and bins live.
Work happens after your staff leave or before they arrive. You get a photo report each visit and a named contact who answers the phone, not a call centre.

What it costs
Most office contracts in our area land between the ranges below. The variables that move the number are floor area, frequency, floor type and whether washroom consumables are supplied.

Common questions
Are your cleaners employees or subcontractors?
Employees, inducted on your site, police-checked and covered by our insurance and WorkCover.
Can you work outside business hours?
Most of our office work happens between 6pm and 6am. Keys and alarm codes are held under a documented process.
How is the quote calculated?
Hours per visit multiplied by frequency, adjusted for floor type, washroom count and whether we supply consumables. The hours are shown on the quote.
What if a cleaner does not turn up?
Your supervisor covers the site the same night. You get a call, not a surprise the next morning.
