Rowles & James started in 1995 cleaning offices around Melbourne’s south-east. Thirty years later we are still in the same corner of the city, with a lot of the same clients, cleaning corporate buildings, laboratories, hotels, retirement villages and apartment blocks.
We are deliberately not the biggest contractor in Melbourne. Every site has a supervisor who knows it, and the directors are still reachable on the phone.

How we train and supervise
Every cleaner is inducted on your site, not in a classroom. Colour-coded cloths, chemical safety data sheets on file, and a supervisor who signs off the work rather than a checklist nobody reads.
Our environmental approach
Low-moisture carpet extraction, concentrated chemicals decanted on site to cut packaging, and a sorted recycling program for the waste we remove. Specifics, not a green badge.
